Question 1

What is Sayvine?

Accepted Answer

Sayvine is an AI front desk and operating system for local service businesses — salons, spas, med spas, clinics, pet groomers, dry cleaners and restaurants. It answers every call, text and message 24/7 in your customer's language, books the work, takes payments, and runs your marketing and back office — all by voice or chat.

Question 2

How much does Sayvine cost?

Accepted Answer

There's a free 15-day trial with no card. Paid plans are Starter $29/mo (100 AI-phone minutes), Pro $149/mo (500 minutes) and Business $399/mo (1,500 minutes), plus a custom Enterprise plan. Extra voice minutes are billed per minute.

Question 3

Do I need to change my phone number?

Accepted Answer

No. Bring your existing number, or get a new local one in a couple of clicks. The AI answers either way.

Question 4

What languages does it speak?

Accepted Answer

It replies in your customer’s language automatically — English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese and more — across voice, SMS and chat.

Question 5

Is my customers’ payment data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payments run through Square’s PCI-compliant flow; card numbers never touch our servers. We store only the brand and last 4.

Question 6

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most shops are live the same day: connect a number, link Square, add services and hours, and you’re running.

Question 7

How does inventory management work?

Accepted Answer

Sayvine learns what each service consumes, forecasts what you'll run low on from upcoming bookings, alerts you before you run out, and drafts a purchase order you can send in one tap.

Question 8

Does it work with my existing booking & POS?

Accepted Answer

Yes — connect Square to import your services, products and customers, and payments sync automatically. You can bring your own phone number too.

Question 9

Does Sayvine work with my Google Business Profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect your Google Business Profile in one click and Sayvine matches your listing automatically, then keeps your hours, phone, website and services in sync on Google Search and Maps. Edit once in Sayvine and your Google listing updates on its own — and you can add your booking link so customers book straight from Google.

Question 10

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

It's yours. Export everything anytime and request full deletion — we're built for GDPR/CCPA.
